We test our designs thoroughly before they become public. We view the pages using many different Web browsers including the most popular ones like Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Netscape Navigator, and we don't restrict ourselves to the latest versions. We understand the importance of making every effort to ensure that, having found your site, your visitors won't suffer the frustration of being unable to view it on whichever web browser they have chosen to use. We also use validation software which checks for any error or incompatibility in our code.

If your web site was originally authored by someone else, we can offer a site refreshment service, where we will make alterations to your existing pages to make them more accurate and up-to-date, search engine friendly and efficiently promoted.

Your website: the process

• Contact. Tell us your requirements and we carry out an in-depth consultation, free of charge. As a result of an initial meeting with you, we provide a free quotation detailing the services we believe you need. We may also provide various design options.
• Consultation. After you have placed your order, we produce an initial design which is either held at a private web address for you to preview or printed and posted to you. On your agreement, we develop detailed specifications. These describe the visual, structural and technical design and ensure that we get everything right before proceding.
• Development. The designs are discussed with you and modifications are made as required. Once you've agreed the specifications, we begin to create all the necessary elements. Near the end of development we create a privately hosted test site, where the functionality and content can be reviewed and changed as requested.
• Launch. Once everyone is satisfied with the test site, a final check is made before the files are transferred to your web host and the site is launched. If our web promotion services are ordered as part of the project, we then submit it to the major search engines and directories.
• Ongoing support. After the site is launched, you might want further support and development work. For example, building in additional functionality, monitoring visitor statistics, and implementing an ongoing search engine optimisation strategy.
