We hate call centres

When you call us, you talk to a person familiar with your needs; you won't be pushed around until someone is found who knows what they are talking about. We operate from 09:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and most weekends too. If your problem cannot be resolved immediately, we will endeavour to give you an answer within 24 hours of receiving your call.

We don't operate an annual or monthly service charge, you only pay for the time that we give to you.

One other aspect that you may find welcoming and unusual is that if we won't do is "string you along". If we can't help you, we admit it. No time-wasting or padded bills.

If you want a presentation to your staff or a one-to-one tutorial, we can be of service.

We offer a tutorial service for any software that we install. If we are acquainted with it, we can also provide tutorials for any existing installed software, jargon-free.

You might wish to know the basics of operation or you may need more extensive knowledge. You may be unsure about how the whole system works. Not only can we tell you about it but demonstrate it too, all in a friendly and practical manner. Our tuition service is tailored to meet your needs, and we are always a phone call away if you need to ask for help and advice.
