Remote Assistance
Giving us access to your computer, safely and securely
Grafixation provide remote assistance; with your permission we can access and take control of your computer from our premises in order to diagnose and correct any issues.
For a session to be started, you will need to be in phone contact with us and then we will ask you to click the link below in order to commence remote assistance.
You will be asked whether you wish to save or run the software - select "run".
When the box opens, you will see our logo and a number. Repeat the number to us and the remote session will begin. You will be able to watch all of our actions, and you might be asked to participate.
The session is terminated when you close the box. After this point, Grafixation will no longer be able to view or control your computer.
