Mo Warden
Mo Warden

Mo (Marion) completed her High School education and continued to Art School where she received classical training in art and design before advancing to study as a silversmith.

She acquired her first computer - a VIC-20 - in 1981 on which she learned BASIC and 6502 assembly language. Her original interest in art came to the fore when she discovered computer graphics, and in 1986 she began to work in computer games.

Her 12 year career in games included working for several prominent companies, including Llamasoft (Batalyx 1985, Colourspace 1987), Novagen (Backlash 1987, Mercenary 1988, Hellbent 1988, Damocles 1989), Prism (Hyperforce 1989), US Gold (Legends of Valour 1992) and Domark (Marco's Magic Football 1993). Two of these titles, Backlash and Damocles, reached the number 1 position in the all-format computer games charts.

Between 1990 and 1991, she was employed by Europress Publications to write a monthly two page column about computer graphics for the 'Atari ST User' magazine.

In 1987, Mo wrote her first web sites including one based on the career of Fish, the Scottish vocalist. In 1998, it became the 'official' site and remains so to this day. In 1999, Mo became a full-time web designer and still retains her interest in artwork and computer graphics.

Mo has a MySpace profile, which contains a blog and more info about her interests.

Mo first met Peter Oram in 1983, when she began a computer club at her local community centre.

Following formal training as an electrician (City & Guilds), Peter had a successful career in sales and electronics before joining Mo in business.

His interest in computers started in the early '80s when he began to learn programming, and he has continued to acquire networking and associated skills.

He also designs bespoke software and databases.

His other interests include reading classic Science Fiction, movies and music.
