These can be designed for your Fax editor, Word processor, Spreadsheet or image editing software. Templates ensure that your business software is consistent in style, has a professional appearance and provides all the required information in a well-constructed way.

Database design

Our database design service - currently available for Microsoft Access - can provide you with a purpose-written package ranging in usage from a basic address book, through stock control (which can be linked to the sales on your Web site if we design both) to a bulk mailing list of customers and suppliers.

ISP set-up

Once you have an Internet domain name - such as grafixation.co.uk - you will want to use it effectively. Obviously, having a web site is an important part but you can also make an impact by using it to send and receive e-mail. A message from sales@yourcompanynamehere.co.uk is much more impressive than one sent using an Internet Service Provider's default e-mail address.

Grafixation can assist you with configuring your e-mail client and other software to take advantage of this.

Stationery design

Stationery design is also an important part of any business image. From handing across an impressive business card to including a neat compliments slip, the stationery that you distribute leaves a lasting impression.

Grafixation can design these important items for you, and can also provide designs for blank letter-headed paper and brochures or catalogues of your goods or services. Using the same logos, lettering and colouring throughout, we could continue the theme into the Web site that we design for you.

Stationery can be provided for you in two ways; we can supply you with files which can be printed on your own computer equipment, alternatively we can find a printing service suitable for your needs and budget and transmit the designs directly to them (or your preferred supplier) at your request.
